MET Mast and Wind Instrument Installation
We install self-supporting and as well as guyed met masts of up to 160m using economic methodologies to save you money but ensure safety standards are maintained. Our Masts pre-designed for various carrying loads, wind strengths, and various terrain specifications.
We have teams of experienced and skilled met mast assembly technicians who are able to install Met masts and towers on almost all sorts of terrains (mountains, high-buildings, sandy or rocky terrains, etc.) Our work entails, in some instances, very remote sites, some barely accessible by vehicle. Very often, roads have to be constructed to reach the site where the Met Mast has to be positioned.
These Met Masts, provided for wind measurement feasibility, are a proud addition to our list of specialized products. We have expanded our supply and installation for the Renewable Wind Industry into all African countries. Having 10+ years’ experience of working in the majority of African countries, the advantage to use our services is of great value to our Customers.
We also conduct maintenance on various sites at client requests. This could be periodic (over 6 months) or annually depending on environmental influences. Our maintenance service offering also includes decommissioning of towers and masts sites fully and refurbishing them where mast deployment is considered by clients.
Tyltar's offer includes installation of Wind Measurement Equipment. We handle the selection of measuring devices placement, installation, configuration and disassembly as well as periodic inspections and troubleshooting. Measurement is carried out by means of highest quality sensors. Data is collected by remotely operated loggers.
